      "content": "<p>Aditya, actually CV2 is better suited for your image manipulation requirements:\n<code>image denoising, segmentation and intensity equalization</code></p>\n\n<p>Perhaps you should pre-process images and store them as TFRecords, instead of doing this every time in TF.</p>",
