      "content": "<p>As far as I know, OpenCV is not yet ready for GPU utilization. Their webpage has a section, but I think you will find mostly CPP backend codes there. </p>\n\n<p>I suggest for simple image augmentation operations on image, you use tensorflow.</p>",
