  "content": "<p>We’re excited to see competitors using TPUs to build their solutions in this competition.</p>\n\n<p>TPUs are powerful hardware accelerators specialized in deep learning tasks. They were developed (and first used) by Google to process large image databases, such as extracting all the text from Street View and we recently integrated them into Kaggle Notebooks.</p>\n\n<p>We would like to offer a new ‘TPU Stars’ opportunity to award 5 of the most knowledgeable and helpful TPU experts in the community . The winners will receive an extra 20 hours of TPU time on Kaggle for four weeks.</p>\n\n<p>How to win?</p>\n\n<p>\"TPU Star\" award will be evaluated by experts from the Google Cloud TPU team, on the following criteria:</p>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Forum and notebook discussion/comment contributions</li>\n<li>Quality of code samples in public notebooks and/or forums</li>\n<li>Thoughtful analysis and explainability of code content</li>\n</ol>\n\n<p>You may become eligible for these prizes either of two ways:\n- Kaggle-identified: Kaggle will query all participants in the competition contributing upvoted public notebook(s) and making discussion contribution(s).\n- Self-nominated: We'll open up a form at the end of the competition to self-nominate for consideration.
