  "content": "<p>Hello! \nI am unsure if this is the correct place to ask this but, I was trying to run a kernel and \n<code>!pip install pytorch-lightning</code> \nkeeps giving the following error:\n<code>WARNING: Retrying (Retry(total=4, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None, status=None)) after connection broken by 'NewConnectionError('&lt;pip._vendor.urllib3.connection.VerifiedHTTPSConnection object at 0x7f6709252a50&gt;: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -3] Temporary failure in name resolution')': /simple/pytorch-lightning/</code></p>\n\n<p>It was working fine yesterday, I wonder what I am doing wrong?\nI have already tried restarting the Kernel.</p>\n\n<p>I apologize if it is a dumb question</p>",
