      "content": "<p>You can try ensemble model by import 'attempt_load' from<br>\n<a href=\"https://github.com/ultralytics/yolov5/blob/master/models/experimental.py\" target=\"_blank\">https://github.com/ultralytics/yolov5/blob/master/models/experimental.py</a></p>\n<p>by passing string of path to the model </p>\n<blockquote>\n  <p>ex. weights_string = '/path/to/model1.pth /path/to/model2.pth /path/to/model3.pth ….'</p>\n</blockquote>\n<p>instead of using WBF, you can try standard NMS that they are offering inside<br>\n<a href=\"https://github.com/ultralytics/yolov5/blob/master/utils/general.py\" target=\"_blank\">https://github.com/ultralytics/yolov5/blob/master/utils/general.py</a></p>\n<p>You may take time to read through the source code but I think it is worth it<br>\nEspecially, attempt_load ensemble all the model and it takes less time for inference compare to inferencing one by one model.       "content": "<p>I managed to merge yolov5l and yolov5m but if you have different head, it is likely to threw an error.<br>\nFor example, one model predicting 1 class (opacity) and the other predicting 3 classes (included all classes that contain boxes). <br>\nIn that case, you need to inference those models separately and apply WBF after that. </p>\n<p>(My two different models has same setup (target class, etc.) despite the augmentations in hyp.yaml.)</p>",
