      "content": "<p>It's because some of the images use a transfer syntax that specifies JPG encoded pixels. You need a few extra libs to decode them. That's what the conda-helper dataset is. Since this is an 'internet-off' competition, you must include those libs as a dataset and install them without internet.</p>",
