  "content": "<p>Hi,</p>\n<p>If we try to create a version by saving and running all, and in the same version we are reading the dcm files, then most test files cannot be read. For creating a submission, the notebook needs to run without an internet connection. so no additional installationions can be made. How to resolve the issues with dcmread in that case for submission.</p>\n<p>regards<br>\nSouvik</p>",
