When I run the kernel the file is being generated and is seen in the output directory but while doing the submission I do not see this submission.csv file being listed in the output files of that particular version.</p>",

Then create a dummy notebook, and paste in there submission.csv content as a string. And then dump the content to a submission.csv. Maybe, make that notebook public with only few lines visible and share it here. Would be easier to see, where the mistake is.</p>",
