  "content": "<p>It has been a few days since I started exploring the SIIM-FISABIO-RSNA COVID-19 Detection competitions. However, whenever I try to read the data using Kaggle notebooks some of the Dicom images give Runtime errors. </p>\n<p><code>RuntimeError: The following handlers are available to decode the pixel data however they are missing required dependencies: GDCM (req. ), pylibjpeg (req. )</code> </p>\n<p>I have explored one thread on which people have answered the exact same query …<a href=\"url\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.kaggle.com/c/siim-covid19-detection/discussion/239899#1357616</a></p>\n<p>However, I have tried all possible solutions mentioned on this thread and none of them work on Kaggle notebooks. </p>\n<p>Guys, please go easy I am a newbie to all this deep learning for medical image classification. <br>\nThanks in advance</p>",
