  "content": "<p>It occurred to me that scaling the BB ROIs makes sense since the image shapes aren't consistent.</p>\n<p>I haven't seen any notebooks on this, so I made one. This one gets the BB measurements in centimeters using the DICOM Imager Pixel Spacing tag.
