      "content": "<p>it is better to report results separately:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>overall LB</li>\n<li>study level only (set image prediction to none 1 0 0  1 1)</li>\n<li>image level with opacity only (use none 1 0 0 1 1 or use opacity 0.00 0 0 1 1)</li>\n<li>image level with opacity + none prediction  (use none score 0 0 1 1)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>doing so will let's find hotspot of the problem and design appropriate solution for it</p>\n<p>you can also submit a single class only to further find root of the problem</p>",
