  "content": "<p>I have been having trouble submitting a valid submission file. </p>\n<p>If I submit the sample_submission.csv, it is processed without any error. However, my own submission file generated by my pipeline throws an error. </p>\n<p>I am reading the sample_submission file early in the code and changing the values where needed.</p>\n<p>The code snippet that I am using is as follows:<br>\n<code>my_submission_file['PredictionString'][my_submission_file.id==search_name] = new_prediction_string</code></p>\n<p>None of the usual culprits are responsible for the submission error.</p>\n<p>Any help would be greatly appreciated.</p>",
