  "content": "<p>I have few questions about general rules for competition. </p>\n<h1>Rule</h1>\n<p>No private sharing outside teams<br>\nPrivately sharing code or data outside of teams is not permitted. It's okay to share code if made available to all participants on the forums.</p>\n<h1>Case</h1>\n<p>if i have shared my code before \"team merge\", this case also could be the violation against that rule ?<br>\nAbove rule only apply for the case which occur after \"team merge\"?  </p>",

However, if you and that person that you shared code privately with merged as a team later on it should be fine I guess, but better to get a proper answer from the Kaggle team.</p>\n<p>You should only share code or data privately after team merging or you should make the code public by sharing it as a public notebook. </p>",
