  "content": "<p>Hello guys, there are certain images that I am simply unable to decode with the help pf pydicom. It throws this error \"RuntimeError: The following handlers are available to decode the pixel data however they are missing required dependencies: GDCM (req. GDCM), pylibjpeg (req. )\".</p>\n<p>After that I installed both the dependencies the error still persisted.</p>\n<p>Then I restarted my environment and reinstalled all of them only to get this error while importing pydicom \"numpy.ndarray size changed, may indicate binary incompatibility. expected 88 from c header, got 80 from pyobject\".</p>\n<p>Can someone please tell how did they deal with this issue and how were they able to convert all the images? Thanks in advance :D</p>",
