Please see this post by one of the competition hosts clarifying that GPL has been added as an eligible winners’ license, which permits YOLOv5. For the other datasets in question, you should refer to section 7C which allows all freely and publicly available external datasets provided you are able to license your solution per the winners license requirements (open sourced).
