  "content": "<p>This competition is an object detection and localization task at its core , which may be new for many people and hence I thought to provide some of the resources to learn object detection and localization here are they as follows </p>\n<ol>\n<li>Aladdin Persson's Object Detection and Localization Playlist which can be found <a href=\"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t-phGBfPEZ4&amp;list=PLhhyoLH6Ijfw0TpCTVTNk42NN08H6UvNq\" target=\"_blank\">here</a><br>\nHe explains concepts in depth and focus much more on Code Approach , You will learn and pickup lot of new things on the way .<strong>Note : He has explained Yolo algorithm but there multiple algorithms for doing same task</strong></li>\n</ol>\n<p>2 . A Quick Intro to Object Detection Algorithms by Analytics India Magazine it can be found <a href=\"https://analyticsindiamag.com/top-8-algorithms-for-object-detection/\" target=\"_blank\">here</a></p>\n<ol>\n<li><p>Another indepth blog by Analytics Vidhya can be found <a href=\"https://www.analyticsvidhya.com/blog/2018/10/a-step-by-step-introduction-to-the-basic-object-detection-algorithms-part-1/\" target=\"_blank\">here </a></p></li>\n<li><p>Retinanet research paper which can be found <a href=\"https://arxiv.org/abs/1708.02002\" target=\"_blank\">here </a>  , <strong>Note this is the reasearch paper that introduce Focal Loss</strong></p></li>\n</ol>\n<p>I will add more resources and links to them if I found any and how competition progresses , This will be good enough for a start !<br>\nThanks for Reading !<br>\nHappy Kaggling ! </p>",
