  "content": "<p>In train_labels.csv, I can find id=[15585511744] at 256 rows.<br>\nBut I can't find [15585511744.npy] in train directory.</p>\n<p>also I can find some 10 or 11 length id in train_labels.<br>\nbut I can't find them in train directory.</p>\n<p>I am using excel to open train_labels.csv file.<br>\nIs this only me?</p>",

      "content": "<p>Excel removes the 0 prefix.  The actual id at row 256 is 01561685bc55.  You should read the data as text and not numbers probably.</p>",

      "content": "<p>I think CPMP stated this same thing a couple of years ago - but I still get a bite in the rear very often forgetting it.  I am opening in LibreOffice and you MUST select \"text\" in the Text Import dialog rather than let it use Standard or it will do the same thing as a simple Excel opening does.</p>",
