Folks more likely to be interested in teaming up with you  if your from the same school / country / company.  If you have linken or github you can add that reference.  Facebook makes money because advertising works - right now your brand is pretty weak.  If you have access to good compute or have good Python skills this is a desired feature in a team mate.
