  "content": "<p>Hi Admins,</p>\n\n<p>Based on the nature of this competition (images as input),  it looks like it's impossible to come up with a fair leaderboard . However here are a few steps which  can be taken take to ensure discipline  upto some extent.</p>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Creating a separate leaderboard for those who have submitted the model</li>\n<li>A separate verified kaggle leaderboard requiring results to be regenerated based on the submitted model.It can be based on paid registration </li>\n</ol>",
