  "content": "<p>On the data download page it says that the data is available for &quot;research and academic pursuits&quot;. I have a couple of questions about that. First, can it be used for commercial research, by which I mean using the data to develop algorithms for commercial purposes, but not using the data itself commercially.  Second, is it possible to download the data outside of the competition framework?  For researchers who are not particpating in the competition, it would be nice to be able to agree to a license specific to the data rather than agreeing to the entire competition agreement</p>",

We do not plan to offer special license terms to researchers outside of the current competition terms (for now).</p>",
