  "content": "<p>I found two cool functions in R to visualize the image (img) data in R:</p>\n\n<p>contour and filled.contour. Just apply them on the img data of a picture.\nTwo examples see below. </p>\n\n<p>In the second image you see exactly that there are &quot;blobs&quot; with much higher (=brighter) values. Now the question is: How to identify the right blobs? </p>\n\n<p>Three questions concerning this problem: </p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Are the photos always shot from the same distance (to the body or to\nthe heart)?</li>\n<li>Are the photos always shot from the same angle (I think not, because there is a variable called &quot;Image Orientation Patient&quot; in the\nimage data)?</li>\n<li>If I understood it right, the sax images are the better ones. Which one of the sax folders should one choose?</li>\n</ul>",
