  "content": "<p>Has anyone seen the following error when trying to submit:<br>\n\"Could not find provided output file submission.csv\".<br>\nI am looking at that submission.csv file, I can download it, and it is from notebook which I used to be submitting before. What could be causing it and are there workarounds?</p>",
