"content": "
I was looking at a training set image, and to my eye there is a cell not marked in the annotation list.
\n
I am asking if this was a mistake (should have been in annotated in the train.csv file), or if it is correct.
\nIn which case, what am I missing? What makes it different from the other cells nearby that were marked?
\n
The image is 029e5b3b89c7.png
\n(For the Data Explorer, it is the 5th one in the train folder.)
\n
For the image below, I zoomed to the upper left corner of the image.
\nThe left plot was brightened for clarity. There appear to be 3 cells in a triangle. (The objects are also in the original PNG image, so this isn't an artifact.)
\nThe right plot is a mask made from the annotation list, which only has 2 of them marked. (I put an orange circle around the place where it looks to me like there should be a cell.)
\n
\n
(P.S. Also not sure why I can't embed the image that I put on a different host site.)
",
