      "content": "<p>@Iaotao, I could not submit my predictions successfully either. </p>\n\n<p>My theory is that we can't while the zeroing out of our stage-1 submissions is still going on. Mine is more than halfway through at this time. You can check yours by checking your submissions, if you see some showing error in red under public score, those are completed.</p>",
