  "content": "<p>Hello,</p>\n\n<p>I just had a question for the competition hosts:  I am an undergraduate student with an interest in machine learning and I think this is an interesting data set and I was wondering if I could potentially use the data set for an academic paper or blog entry -- to be posted AFTER competition close and winners selected. (Naturally, during the course of the competition I will be trying to solve the problem myself as well!)</p>",

          "content": "<p>I’m part of the organizing committee - You’re correct - the images are taken from the NIH dataset. However the annotations that are provided here are a mix of weak labels and bounding boxes that are different from the NIH dataset. </p>\n\n<p>All of the annotations will be made publicly available with a citable reference at the end of the competition. </p>\n\n<p>The organizers welcome and encourage reuse, and see it as an important goal for this project. </p>",
