  "content": "<p>Hi everyone,</p>\n<p>I don't want to blame anyone without concrete evidence but this member of it seem a bit unusual/suspicious to me. The second place in public LB (@pegggggggggg) created it's account two months ago, made all five submissions in one day and get 1.000 score and didn't log in since that day. I have no idea how a person can reach 1.000 in this competition but that's something different. </p>\n<p>As I say at the beginning, I have no intention to blame anyone, just sharing my thoughts and trying to  learning others'</p>\n<p>Thanks.</p>",
