  "content": "<p>I have certain questions, hoping someone would answer all or any</p>\n<ol>\n<li>in code submission, what would be the submission requirement</li>\n</ol>\n<p>background: the training I have performed is based on a specific weight initialization technique which is part of my **classified-ongoing-unpublished ** research work. so I have used a separately generated weight file to initialize the training. </p>\n<ol>\n<li><p>what qualifies as external data, if I don't want to share my training procedure (hyperparameters), but share my model architecture and use weight files as external data will that qualify?</p></li>\n<li><p>since my training were not seeded, my results vary each time, so what degree of reproducibility is needed while coding submission</p></li>\n</ol>",
