  "content": "<p>Hello, I am new to Kaggle and I have some questions.</p>\n<p>Why there are so many \"mixing predictions\" notebooks?<br>\nWhat is the purpose of uploading the same notebook (many users doing this, even Kaggle masters doing this)?
