  "content": "<p>Hi all,</p>\n<p>Assuming that it isn't against the rules, would it be alright to team up with other competitors to create a democratized HL dataset ? </p>\n<p>I can understand that having a leaderboard full of 1.0's wouldn't be ideal, but surely it would lead to a better model overall, and thus be a net win for the organizer anyways ?</p>\n<p>Assuming it isn't a rule breaking idea I would be up to building it out with others</p>",
