  "content": "<p>Sorry guys I think I have a very good submission ready but it is not using Python and it is not using a notebook. I would like to just submit an application with its code and its results. Can you relax the notebook only requirement, it seems very unfair?</p>",

Anywhere where your submission has a BraTSID should have your prediction, and anywhere it doesn’t should have the sample prediction.</p>\n<p>This will get you a score on the public LB representative of your performance.</p>\n<p>It won’t work for final submission though. This is a kernels only competition which by its very nature forces users to do all inference/submission within the Kaggle environment.</p>",
