      "content": "<p>Yes, you can train for however long you want to. And, in a separate notebook, you can load the weights and generate the submission file. You can't enable internet access but you can install packages offline using datasets. When you submit a notebook to the competition, it will use the same accelerator you used when you commit the notebook.</p>",
