      "content": "<p>Hi <br>\nWhen we are acquiring a MRI scan, we select pre-defined protocols. <br>\nHowever, those protocols can change depending on the scanner or institution. <br>\nChanging parameters just like the resolution or the number of slices can make a MR study takes longer to acquired or change it’s quality. <br>\nIt’s a trade off. Better imaging quality or faster acquisition. <br>\nAs studies were obtained from different  institutions, it will be common that those acquisition protocols vary, so do the number of slices and their resolution will vary too. </p>",
