We were using dcm2niix</p>\n<p>We have found certain training cases that seem to have extra volumes, with slices sharing the same axial slice, specifically these cases:<br>\n01010<br>\n00834<br>\n00148<br>\n00147<br>\n00143<br>\n00137<br>\n00132<br>\n00120<br>\n00108<br>\n00107</p>",

      "content": "<p>I just tried it on 01010 and did not got a problem, but it created 2 .nii files for T1wCE, but they look the same. I used Chris Rorden's dcm2niiX version v1.0.20210317  (JP2:OpenJPEG) GCC8.3.0 x86-64 (64-bit Linux)</p>",
