In this competition, sample_submission.csv, test_images, test_series_description.csv will contain all hidden test dataset. So to answer your question, there are more than one study in test set. I believe the size is a a bit smaller than train dataset (Correct me if I am wrong).</p>\n<blockquote>\n  <p>2) Does submission works when we consider the hidden test datasets?</p>\n</blockquote>\n<p>I am not sure if I understand your question correctly. If you meant your successfully ran submission will work on hidden dataset. If your code ran based on mentioned replaced dataset. It should be fine (You might have to handle error like missing file).
