  "content": "<p>I have a few questions regarding the code requirements for the competition:</p>\n<ol>\n<li><p>Does the notebook need to run within 9 hours, including the entire hidden dataset, or is it sufficient if it runs within the given time for the dummy test dataset?</p></li>\n<li><p>Is it acceptable to preprocess the dataset and/or create the model in separate sessions, then use them in the final submission notebook with internet access disabled?</p></li>\n<li><p>If I preprocess the training data and store it for use in the next notebook, is it permissible to keep it private, or must it be made public?</p></li>\n</ol>\n<p>Thank you for your assistance!</p>",
