If the one sample test study is taking 2.5 hours, then it is unlikely to finish within 9 hours limit.</p>\n<p>Here is my suggestion:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assume 100 - 200 studies will be there in test cases folder during submission.</li>\n<li>Test out (with Save and Run All) 100 studies sampled from train dataset on a modified version of prediction notebook.</li>\n<li>If it is going above 9 hours, try to find out what step is taking time, that is, preprocessing, computing segmentation, actual classification model, etc.</li>\n</ul>",
