  "content": "<p>Hi all, </p>\n<p>We just entered the competition and were looking at the competition overview page where it mentions \"Internet disabled\". Please see the attached screenshot.<br>\nWe are not sure what does that mean? Do we run the submissions on local computer bu how do we submit the submission.csv onto kaggle without Internet.</p>\n<p>I really appreciate any help you can provide.<br>\nKruti</p>",

There is an option on the sidebar (right side of the notebook during editing mode) under the <em>Session options</em> dropdown to enable or disable Internet.
