  "content": "<p>As everyone now should verify his identity before joining the competition, I followed the procedure to verify my identity via persona. It always stuck after taking selfie and ends with a message \"Failed to verify your identity\"</p>\n<p>After back and forth with kaggle support and after contacting them several times they finally responded and informed me that I have two accounts. In fact I don't and what happens is that their facial recognition confuses me with another account (the account of my twin).</p>\n<p>I communicated this to them via email several times and they did not respond so far, I need a way to verify my account and to be able to participate again in competitions.</p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/sohier\" target=\"_blank\">@sohier</a>  I hope you or any member of kaggle staff can help accelerating this.</p>\n<p>Thanks</p>",
