      "content": "<p>My <em>guess</em> is that it is because of how small the number of predictions we are making, 75 numbers all up, which is tiny by kaggle standards. If we were allowed more than you could quite literally randomly guess and over time produce something that scores well (on the public leaderboard).</p>",
