I also have this error when reading certain *.dcm files :</p>\n<blockquote>\n  <p>RuntimeError: The following handlers are available to decode the pixel data however they are missing required <br>\n  dependencies: GDCM (req. GDCM), pylibjpeg (req. )</p>\n</blockquote>\n<p>With the internet, it's pretty easy to solve:</p>\n<blockquote>\n  <p>!pip install python-gdcm pylibjpeg pylibjpeg-libjpeg</p>\n</blockquote>\n<p>Unfortunately… we don't have internet access while the submit. :-(</p>",
