  "content": "<p>I have tried submitting <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/sohier/quick-sample-submission\" target=\"_blank\">quick sample submission</a> twice - first time it took 40 mins, next time 52 mins.  </p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>This seems like a lot time difference, is this API dependent on how many people are requesting data  or is this expected ? (I read somewhere on the forums it took 10 mins and then they made some changes to API) </p></li>\n<li><p>Is there a way to find how much time my submission (submit to competition). For these two, I admit I was pretty much staring at the screen to time them. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Thank you for any insights ! </p>",
