      "content": "<p>This is a kernel based competition. While submitting predictions you have to submit a kaggle kernel along with submission file. You are using your local windows machine to submit the prediction file, which is not allowed in this competition. </p>\n<p>You can only import riideducation module using kaggle kernel only. Hope it helps!</p>",
