  "content": "<p>Hi to all!<br>\nToday I noticed that my public notebooks have shifted from the top of the \"Hotness\" list to the end. Out of curiosity, someone knows what's going on?<br>\nI noticed that at first, after the publication of the notebook, it goes down for a while at the end of the list, but then rises to the top so that everyone can see it. But I never noticed (did not pay attention) that the long-published notebook went down to the bottom of the list.</p>",

I checked the hotness list and found all recent notebooks to be on topfrom yours, the one notebook which was an exception to the list might be because someone viewed/upvoted/commented on it. This is my personal hypothesis and not sure of the actual algorithm in play here.</p>\n<p>Thanks and Regards,<br>\nSaurabh Bagchi</p>",

Hotness to me should be a function of the velocity of votes in the recent past, but it seems to be just sort by new and then beyond a few days of age just random sort. </p>",
