The same goes for cases where participants are from the same country, city, university, company, etc. </p>\n<p>I believe that labeling someone as a cheater who may not be one is a very bad thing. I understand the frustration, I've been there too, but we must ensure that those who are coming to Kaggle with good intentions are never treated in a bad way. This is why I would rather refrain from an allegation of wrongdoing if I cannot guarantee that the wrongdoing actually happened. </p>",
