      "content": "<p>Kaggle offers better GPUs but the time allocated is limited; however Colab allows for unlimited GPU hours but slower GPUs<br>\nwhen I first tried between Colab and Kaggle, Kaggle was 2x-3x faster for same code<br>\nI typically do most work in Kaggle and when my hours are less than 5 remaining use Colab. </p>",
