  "content": "<p>This is the first time me participating in a Kaggle competition and with little to no knowledge on ML.</p>\n\n<p>I'm trying to run the TPU training notebook on by_exp_plate_site-42 TFrecords but I'm getting the following error.:</p>\n\n<p><strong>E0708 22:08:12.826755 139826488112896 error_handling.py:76] Closing session due to error From /job:worker/replica:0/task:0:\nFeature: sirna (data type: int64) is required but could not be found.\n     [[{{node ParseSingleExample/ParseSingleExample}}]]\n     [[input_pipeline_task0/while/IteratorGetNext]]</strong></p>\n\n<p>I made a change to the main.py file from <strong>train_glob = os.path.join(url_base_path, 'train', '*.tfrecord')</strong> to <strong>train_glob = os.path.join(url_base_path, '*.tfrecord')</strong></p>\n\n<p>and set the following in TPU training notebook\nMODEL_DIR = 'gs://my_gs_bucket'\nURL_BASE_PATH = 'gs://rxrx1-us-central1/tfrecords/by_exp_plate_site-42'</p>\n\n<p>Can someone please help me why it doesn't find siRNA in TFrecord?</p>\n\n<p>Thanks!</p>",
