  "content": "<p>Hi\nI am using GCP for this competition. I used kaggle API to download the dataset. I am facing problem with train.csv.zip. I tried unzipping it (using unzip command) and the resulting file has this:</p>\n\n<blockquote>\n  <p>​Error! /home/jupyter/Kaggle_Competitions/Cellular_Image_Classification/data/train/train.csv.zip is not UTF-8 encoded Saving disabled. See Console for more details.</p>\n</blockquote>\n\n<p>I have tried to download it separately as well:\n<code>kaggle competitions download recursion-cellular-image-classification -f train.csv</code></p>\n\n<p>same error.</p>",
