Is anyone else experiencing this? I sent off a submission 9 hours ago, which is just a notebook with slightly different averaging weights (with the old weights it took a bit under 8 hours). Now I'm getting worried that all of today's submissions will be slow and time-out (or even if somehow under the hood they started late and Kaggle accounts for this, I guess they may only finish after the deadline, even if I sent them off >9 hours before the deadline). Therefore, your subs will appear to be slower . Another factor is the machine differential which is independent of time.
