How are you submitting your score ? You should do prediction in the notebook (based on the files in the test folder or by looking at the sample submission), then commit the notebook, then submit. I think this error occurs if the prediction may not be done on the entire test set (hidden test set included) considering the format of the submission df seems to be correct.
