  "content": "<p>We all know the nasty shakeup due to a high scoring kernel at the edge of competitions.  Many beginners out there are still victim to this and have had lost bronze/silver fewer times when a high scoring kernel is made public for upvotes. There is much to debate on this; Educating via kernel vs. actually disrupting scores on LB. But...</p>\n\n<p>It was so nice from Kaggle to see this notification today. They surely do listen to users..</p>\n\n<p><img src=\"https://i.ibb.co/BTLFRkc/Screenshot-2019-01-31-at-10-53-28-PM.png\" alt=\"enter image description here\"></p>\n\n<p>I agree that this wont completely prevent such practises. But, here's a start :) </p>",
